At Zolace, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must not be damaged or altered by the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 3 of receiving your order

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions

  2. After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Please note: Payment gateway or bank processing times may vary.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For size or preference-based returns, shipping charges may apply


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
