We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – Regular delivery across India

  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery (if available at checkout)

The available shipping options may depend on your delivery location.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 Days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 3-6 Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 90

  • Express Shipping: 120

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rupees 1500.

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you complete your order.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • A tracking link (via email or WhatsApp)

You can use this information to track your order in real time.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Unexpected operational issues

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct while placing the order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
